At Impact Allies LLC, we help people grow great organizations through intentional program design, curriculum development, strategic fund development, impact reporting, strategic technology tool implementation, project management, and program evaluation services. Our work is rooted in community-driven design and asset-based development practices where honesty, transparency, responsiveness and accountability are key.

Program Design, Curriculum Development & Project Management

For organizations thinking about developing a robust program or just more clearly articulating what they are currently doing, we are trained in developing program logic models or theories of change and curriculum to help you define success, think through program/learning objectives, build evaluation into your program model, and consider outcomes, staffing needs and more. If you already have an established program or project, or are running some program pilots, we can help you manage your team, resources, and even do some direct pilot and focus group implementation to ensure a successful project completion.

We are currently serving four nonprofits in this area: LA-Tech.org, AGC Construction Education Foundation, UNITE-LA and Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation.

Technology Exploration & Implementation

If you are looking into how to grow your organization and have a few technology-related solutions in mind, we can help you troubleshoot these different solutions and find a viable option that will best suit your organizational needs and budget. In terms of technology implementation, we can lead the discovery process and provide oversight and training around implementation. Specifically, we have expertise and direct experience in implementing Learning Management Systems like Cornerstone OnDemand, online Work-Based Learning solutions like Guided Compass and Customer Relationship Management Systems like Salesforce.

We are currently serving three nonprofits in this area: AGC Construction Education Foundation, UNITE-LA and Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation.

Organizational Specialization

Impact Allies specializes in serving nonprofit organizations in the following categories: workforce development, youth development, education, community development centers, and opportunity-youth-serving.

Fund Development

Many of our clients come to us with the hope to grow their organizations’ impact through hiring new staff and finding sustainable funding. We specialize in guiding organizations through the nonprofit funding landscape and can help think through new narrative language, develop a strategic fund development plans, grant reporting protocols, research prospects through an extensive database or churn out more proposals and LOIs to grow your organization.

We are currently serving three nonprofits in this area: Bresee Foundation, AGC Construction Education Foundation, and Barrio Action Youth & Family Center. Unfortunately, we are not taking any additional fund development clients at this time.
