Impact Allies LLC tailors solutions for nonprofit organizations doing great work in many different fields including workforce development, education and human services. We're happy to help you optimize your work-based learning program, develop an e-learning curriculum, create a fund development strategy, get some grant writing done, design an impactful program model or onboard new technology.
We are based in both the Sacramento and Los Angeles areas and mainly work remotely with organizations, meeting in-person when requested by clients. We are a small and mighty team who also take on a few community college student fellows every summer to expose them to fund development practices and consultative work in the nonprofit space.

Emily Alonso is a nonprofit professional based in the Greater Sacramento Area with over ten years of experience in the field as a community activist and thought leader, helping nonprofit organizations grow their impact by blending thoughtful program design and evaluation, project management, strategic fund development, and technology implementation. She is committed to connecting populations from marginalized communities to opportunity, especially surrounding education and workforce development.
Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Education at UC Davis, with a research emphasis in Online Learning, Career Pathways and Community Colleges. She holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy from USC and a Bachelor's in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis.
